These works are to be provided for both HRP's Tower Group (Tower of London and Banqueting House in Whitehall) and their Palace Group (Hampton Court, Kensington and Kew Palaces). Works are to be valued in accordance with relevant PSA Schedule of Rates which is to be updated by tendered percentage adjustments (plus or minus). The Form of Contract will be the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2011 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.",
