        "description": "Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement for contracted patient home support. This will include: a. Night Sitting in Berkshire West BHFT Localities (which includes Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire). Night sitting is normally between 22:00 and 07:00 and is required 7 days a week. b. Care packages for patients receiving home based intermediate care across Berkshire West. The majority of care packages will be required for patients within the Newbury and surrounding area. In addition however we are looking for a small level of additional flexibility to cover care packages in the wider Berkshire West area - including in Reading and Wokingham. It is predicted that no more than 10% of care capacity will be requested outside the Newbury locality area. Care packages are normally between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 and are required 7 days a week. Additional information: To express interest in this requirement you need to complete and submit a Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) via our Esourcing portal. TO DOWNLOAD A SSQ Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once): - browse to the ESourcing Portal: https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk/bhft/web/login.shtml and click the link to register, - accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue', - enter your correct business and user details, - note the username you chose and click 'save'- when complete, - you will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep secure). Login to the portal with the username/password: - click the 'PQQ/ITTs open to all suppliers' link (these are Standard Selection Questionnaires or tenders open to any registered suppliers), - click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content, - click the 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the PQQ into your My PQQ/My ITTs page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only), - you can now access any of the attachments by clicking the 'Settings and Buyer Attachment' in the 'Actions' box.",
