        "description": "Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide Cisco Smartnet Maintenance/Support licences for its Cisco Firewalls, FMC and WSA appliances. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open Route. There are also a number of requirements that are considered essential to the performance of the contract and are therefore pass/fail criteria. The Council will reject any tender which does not meet the requirements, evidence of compliance will be required.
