In order to maintain a fully functioning Voice Automation System, HMRC will need to record new messages and announcements using a professional Voice Recording Artist. We would like to retain the services of the same Voice Artist to ensure consistency of customer experience on the new Telephony Service. As well as continuity in HMRC tone, it will allow us to transfer and utilise a large amount of pre-existing material.",
