        "description": "\"The Environment Agency is anticipating a need to regulate novel processes associated with decarbonisation and establishing industrial clusters in England. In preparation for this we want to review and improve our position on controlling and minimising the impacts of abstracting and discharging water used for large scale cooling. This will assist industrial operators to select the optimal solution for their cooling water requirements while demonstrating that the environmental impacts have been minimised to support permit and planning applications.
