This will assist them in meeting their duties under the Traffic Management Act (TMA) and other traffic related duties as appropriate to the Public bodies using this Framework. Additional information: Potential Providers were assessed in accordance with Section 5 of the Regulations implementing the Directive on the basis of information provided in response to an Invitation to Tender ('ITT'). The procurement was managed electronically via Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, Potential Providers had first to be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. A full copy of the ITT documentation for this Procurement was also available via the Crown Commercial Service website from the date of the publication of the Contract Notice.",
