        "description": "The outline of this procurement is to select and implement efficient and best-in-class travel management services at the Commonwealth Secretariat. Through this procurement process the Secretariat wishes to find and appoint a suitable TMS supplier. The appointed supplier shall be awarded a contract that shall be effective for 5 years, with an option to extend for a maximum of up to 2 years.
