There is no guarantee of activity in the provision of this service. The estimated value of the services is based on the full estimated value of the opportunity should the contract extension be exercised by the Contracting Authority. This procurement is subject to the \"Light Touch Regime\" as described within Regulations 74-77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as a Schedule 3 service.",
