It is expected that the NEC4 ECC Option A contract will be awarded in March 2021 with a completion date of no later than June 2022. The budget currently available to deliver this contract is between GBP8,500,000 and GBP9,000,000 excluding VAT. HIE is conducting this procurement on behalf of itself and UHI. HIE will act as Employer for the purposes of the contract, acting on behalf of itself and UHI in respect of its implementation and delivery.",
