Market research and passenger data enables TfWM to gather information about customers and provides important information to identify transport market size and market needs as well as better understanding what people want, need, perceive and believe about the transport network, services and future schemes in the West Midlands. The scope of this framework will enable TfWM to source online market research panellists primarily residing, but also non-residents regularly travelling in, the West Midlands conurbation. Please see the Specification for further details of the requirements of this framework. Each piece of work is envisaged to be awarded by a suitable mini competition process and up to four suitable suppliers will be qualified to the framework and invited to take part in each mini competition. If a specialist supplier is qualified to the framework that is focused on for example young, BAME or for GDPR purposes then TfWM reserves the right to make a direct award if deemed to be appropriate.
