The initial contract was sub-threshold and continuation of work being required will potentially increase the overall value to over the threshold. The contract will be extended to ensure continuity of this critical services during the current coronavirus Covid -19 outbreak. Given that this requirement is essential, Hyde must ensure continuation of the cleaning services. Due to logistical difficulties and limited resource caused by Covid-19, Hyde made a decision to postpone re-tendering of these services. The contract will be for one year until March 2022. The anticipated spend will be up to PS140k p.a. depending on demand."
