This project will aim to tackle fuel poverty, as well as improving the wellbeing of its customers and minimise energy costs across the portfolio of homes in Penderry, Swansea. Project purpose Changes in the energy sector offer the potential to add value to Pobl's property assets. The project aims to achieve the following: - Demonstrate a scale solution to retrofit of solar PV and home battery storage, - Large scale implementation of an \"Energy Island\" within a customer community, - Provide power generation, flexibility, storage, discharge, and grid export, - Demonstrate the value of flexibility in an aggregated residential scenario whilst offering significant energy bill savings to customers.",
