The purpose of the Prior Information Notice ('PIN') is to issue a pre-procurement engagement questionnaire to understand the level of appetite within the market for the following requirements. In order to support the safe and effective operation of the HS2 railway, HS2 Ltd is to procure a fleet of motorised firefighter trolleys.
