In addition, the Service Provider will be expected to provide ad hoc catering services for special events and hospitality for Grwp Cynefin. The current number of lunches required at each scheme is estimated as follows: - Awel y Coleg = 33 - Penucheldre = 33 - Hafod y Gest = 48 - Llys Awelon = 21 - Awel y Dyffryn = Unknown The estimated number of lunches per day will vary from time to time depending on the number of tenants per apartment. Awel y Dyffryn is a new scheme comprising of 66 apartments and we are currently unaware of how many tenants will be residing at the scheme. The Penucheldre scheme differs from the other schemes in that a waiter service is operated. Grwp Cynefin are currently at the very early stages of extending Llys Awelon with the proposed extension adding a further 35 apartments to the current scheme. If the proposed extension does become occupied within the lifetime of this contract, Grwp Cynefin will seek to add the provision of catering services for the additional tenants to this contract.",
