The Provider should respond to changes in service users' health conditions through regular review and deliver a service that service users perceive to be a good experience. Lot 2 - Orthotics Service: The service provided will be 'hub & spoke' model with a base of practice in Northamptonshire, and the delivery of clinics across a wider area of sites, to ensure both in-patient and out-patient services are provided. The service includes assessment and reassessment, provision (production and fitting) and the review, repair and maintenance of orthoses. The provider will offer a comprehensive range of assessments and orthoses for patients tailored to take into account the needs of the local population. The contract term is a period of 3 years with option to extend up to 2 years. The annual contract value for each service is circa PS1.9 million (excluding VAT). The combined annual contract value is PS3.8million (excluding VAT).
