Various residential construction projects have been carried out using the Construction Framework but SCF have decided to establish a bespoke residential delivery framework delivered by suitably experienced residential delivery partners. The Framework will be divided into four Lots: Lot 1 will be construct or design and construct 10 to 75 dwellings Lot 2 will be construct or design and construct 65+ dwellings Lot 3 will be residential led development 10 to 75 dwellings Lot 4 will be residential led development 65+ dwellings Further sublots will be created for specific geographical regions.
