Contractors are asked to provide a percentage variation to National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates. In addition, prices will be sought for weekly fire alarm testing, emergency lighting servicing and monthly emergency lighting functional testing, these services are currently carried out by VIVID staff, but we may look to outsource them to the successful contractor following tender evaluation if it provides best value for money.
