Working restrictions will apply. The contract will cover the emptying of septic tanks, treatment plants, cesspits, wells and pumping stations etc. for buildings that are the responsibility of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, in order to meet its requirements under the following legislation/ standards: The Health and Safety at Work Act and Environment Agency Regulations.
