    "description": "The recent Covid-19 pandemic has reinforced the need for the Council to have a soft telephony approach, rather than desk phones. To enable the transition from the VoIP solution to Microsoft Teams Telephony an extension to the existing contract was required. The move to a soft telephony solution will require significant work and a period of parallel running with the VoIP system will be required. Over the course of the next 12 months a further procurement will be concluded to meet future requirements.",
