The Estate Services team manage the Pest Control Contract for Paradigm Housing Group. This document invites you to to tender for the Pest Control Contract, the sussessful supplier will be awarded the contract for two years with the option to extend for up to a further twelve months (2+1) if Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are acheieved.",
