Approach previous bidder to negotiate directly Conclusion Co-op submitted a very reasonable price for Lot 6, areas 18 and 19, Legal have incorporated this Lot into the contract along with Lots 3, 4 and 5, using the previously submitted social value and quality method statement responses for all lots. F.D Hall & Son submitted a fair price for Lot 6, area 15, and will subcontract out to Richardson's of Looe.
