                "description": "The services include the following:- Territory Management and Citizen Engagement* Using postcodes provided by the Council, target at least 250 residences per five-person team per day and seek to maximise resident engagement in testing. * Review target areas regularly with the Council to refine and identify addresses to prioritise.* Provide kits for everyone who is in the household at the time.
