The Regulation applies as no other telecare solution can provide Clarion's requirements in full: 1. Digital solution requiring no modification when BT OpenReach replace/switch off the analogue PSTN. 2. Entirely wireless operation through mobile telephone networks. 3. Integrates with door entry systems. 4. The ability to configure a number of telecare units and peripherals as a scheme that can be managed and monitored using a cloud based application. 5. Does not require central control equipment, DECT infrastructure or similar."
