the third local off-site location failed to reach contractual completion. Due to the nature of the delay and significant impact to the decant programme, these unforeseen circumstances have necessitated an urgent change of storage provision. As such, alternative specialist storage facilities were sought via a separate procurement opportunity, which was advertised and out to market in November 2021. To facilitate the change from a local BMAG operated store to one further afield operated by third parties, the original packing and transportation requirements had to be revised.
