Planned maintenance works and DDA adaptions are excluded from the scope of the service provision. In addition, the following works are not included in the scope of the contract and will be carried out by specialist contractors: Door entry systems Gas heating maintenance and repair The successful contractor will be expected to work with and support these specialist contractors when necessary.
