The pricing of the works will be in two separate packages. It is Two Counties Trust intention to assess each package and award based upon the Evaluation Scoring Sheet. The preference is to award both packages to the same Main Contractor however there will be a section within the pricing schedule to allow Main Contractors to give their best value quotation should they be awarded both of the works packages. A Site Plan is attached to this notice which identifies the two separate areas of the works. The successful Contractor will allow for demonstrating the M and E system and provide all Certificates of Compliance on Completion. The successful Contractor shall also produce their RAMS for the works. Hot works permits will be required. The works will be cover by JCT Minor Works Contract.",
