There is strong cross partnership commitment to ensure the Tower Hamlets approach to Health Checks continues to lead best practice, innovates and is informed by a clear evidence base in order to make a significant contribution to reducing health inequalities. - Substance Misuse The aim of this enhanced GP substance misuse service is to encourage practices to be aware of and assess problematic substance use, including alcohol related problems and to identify and support all patients aged 18 and over who are currently registered with them and receiving treatment for their substance misuse at the Reset Tower Hamlets Drug and Alcohol Service.
