At ITT stage, this procurement will be evaluated on the basis of 40% price, 50% quality and 10% social value, the ITT closing date will be 30th of September 2021 at 12.00pm. The winning bidder will be awarded a contract on an initial 5 year period with the option to extend for a further two years subject to governance. The contract value has been estimated at PS5,911,567 per annum but with an additional 10% allowance for un-foreseen potential services to be added at a later date. We are looking to procure a lead provider model with subcontractors if required/consortium or special delivery vehicle.",
