The service model will fulfil the following key functions: * deliver support to people with a range of support needs who also require temporary accommodation or who are homeless * address the underlying reasons for homelessness of vulnerable and socially excluded people * prepare them for a move into independent accommodation * reduce the risk of repeat homelessness presentations The Contracts will be for a period of 4 years.
