    "description": "In order to continue developing the fully integrated Contact Tracing system in line Welsh Government policy and management of the pandemic, DHCW is required to procure Microsoft development resources to deliver ongoing system developments and functionality whilst the Programme is scoping out a longer term competitive procurement which will manage the emergent needs of the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales to manage the COVID Pandemic.
