The full summary is below: Scope of services summary: * 24/7 Help-desk support. * Remote system access * Monthly process reports * Routine servicing & maintenance (major service) * Reactive support. With regards to the servicing element, Severn Trent Water would like to conduct the minor servicing in-house going forward, therefore the main requirement as part of the servicing element of the contract will be for the major service to be conducted by the successful supplier. However, STW would still like to purchase the minor service kits to be able to conduct the minor servicing in-house. Therefore, this has also been built into the tender requirement.",
