An indicative outline timetable that is subject to change is set out below. Milestone: Indicative date Tender publication date: February 2022 Tender deadline date: May 2022 Contract award date: September 2022 Contract commencement date: 1st April 2023 Questions - please submit your responses via the EU Supply messaging system: 1) The Council are looking to procure a contract for an initial period of 5 years, plus a 3 year extension. Please make your observations. 2) We are discussing the potential to procure as one contract, or 2 Lots, or breaking down further in multiple lots: a) it is intended that the procurement will be conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to allow for initial bids to be submitted that are capable of being accepted but may allow for further stages and short-listings, if required, up and to the point of requesting a 'best and final offer' once requirements have been thoroughly discussed and refined.
