Additional information: Contract Term We are looking to appoint on a two year term for Wellington Square Shopping Centre and a one year term for Castlegate Shopping Centre. Castlegate Shopping Centre is part of the Stockton redevelopment masterplan and therefore maybe required to be flexible on the contract end and potential change of requirements leading to site closure. The retailers based at Castlegate are offered relocation to Wellington Square during this phase of development transition.",
