Further to negotiation to identify a service solution that can meet the University's requirements on substantially similar contract conditions, and taking into account value for money considerations and the need to ensure provision of high quality accommodation for University students in suitable proximity for academic terms 2021/22 onwards, the University intends to award a contract to Arcade Holloway Limited further to Regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015."
