For these reasons, the WG wishes to award a contract directly to CITB, for the delivery of niche construction apprenticeships in addition to supporting scaffolding apprentices continuing into the 2021/22 contract year, in accordance with regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) (Use of the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication) of the PCR.",
