    "description": "Surrey County Council Public Health commissioners are looking to tender the Community Pharmacy Public Health Services provision. It is anticipated that the new contract will commence in Spring 2022. This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice in order to inform the market about an up and coming procurement rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore, publication correspondence does not commit Surrey County Council to a future procurement, nor provides any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest. The Commissioners will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the Light Touch Regime contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77). Surrey County Council is seeking to tender Community Pharmacy Public Health services for the County of Surrey. These are feature as part of statutory services which Local Authorities are required to provide as part of their Public Health responsibilities.",
