The Client is willing to extend the contract by mutual consent up to a maximum of 2 x 1-year periods Objectives The appointed Supplier will preferably be Corporate Members of BICSc and have significant experience of delivering quality cleaning services within school premises. The Supplier should have suitable expertise of successfully managing the TUPE process and if required be prepared to apply for ABS to administer the Local Government Pension Scheme for any transferring staff.
