The purpose of the ITT was to request Bidders to submit an Outline Solution with a view to identifying the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders which best meets the Council's requirements for the Contract to be taken forward into Negotiation Stage. The Council reserved the right to award after the ITT stage, or limit the number of Bidders to the Negotiation, and ITFS Stages. The competitive procedure with negotiation process provides the opportunity for both the Council and Bidders to work together to develop the most appropriate solution. . The scope and nature of the services required by the Council are set out in more detail in the Specification. The service is required across the whole of Nottinghamshire County (excluding Nottingham City) and will be commissioned as 5 separate lots based on location as follows. Lot 1 Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling Lot 2 Mansfield Lot 3 Ashfield Lot 4 Newark and Sherwood Lot 5 Bassetlaw The service will be provided within the accommodation settings, the young person's home and any other appropriate location to suit the young person. The contract will commence from 01 August 2022 for a period of 5 years to 31 July 2027.
