    "description": "A vulnerable household is a single person or family who have nowhere to live and are considered vulnerable because of additional factors such as being pregnant, having children, have a medical condition or disability that is adversely impacted by lack of housing. The Temporary Accommodation team uses a range of accommodation types to house homeless households pending permanent re-housing. These include:* Bed and Breakfast Accommodation or Hotels* Council Stock let as Temporary Accommodation* Council Homeless Centres* Rented properties from external companies / organisations * Voluntary Sector supported accommodation Therefore, the Council wishes to establish a Block lease contract to further support the provision of temporary accommodation in the private and social housing sectors for the following quantities.The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
