The service will run between 1st October 2021 and 31st March 2022. This service is to be delivered within 30 miles of the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, Kent; to facilitate access for the identified patient demographic. The service must have the clinical capability and be already working to a clinical safety standard that enables them to carry out surgical procedures under local anaesthetic to at least ASA Level II but preferably have a greater capability than this if possible. The service must have resuscitation facilities on their site with access to Advanced/Urgent Care practitioners. The service must be able to provide patient access to services 7 days per week and ideally covering 12 hours per day to enable patient choice when scheduling their procedures. The service will be required to treat patients referred from clinicians from NHS Kent and Medway CCG.",
