Both Surrey and Sussex have Redbox Voice Recording Solution, which require continued support for a minimum 1-year period pending further decision around what on-going provisions can be made through Joint Unified Communications and Telephony Programme contract, currently being implemented through Vodafone. Redbox confirm they do not provide for reseller discounts, which has been borne out through experience within other Force, Norfolk who ran reseller mini-competition but proved no pricing advantage to going direct via Redbox."
