Additional information: An existing contract which has been in place for the last 5 years is being modified to effect a 6 month extension to allow the future model of care to be considered by commissioners. This contract modification is assessed to be proportionate and lawful under Regulation 72(1)(b) The existing 5 year contract value has been PS26,585,895. The first extension has brought the full contract value to be PS28,801,386. The additional 6 months will increase this by PS1,747,243 to a new overall value of PS30,548,629."
