This is because the Authority understands that Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd are the sole UK authorised distributor for the items in scope of this procurement. This notice is not for expressions of interest, therefore please do not apply to be invited to tender. The notice advises that the UK Ministry of Defence has decided to negotiate a contract directly with Ian Edgar (Liverpool) Ltd on a single source basis and is published for reasons of transparency only."
