Further funding has been provided for the delivery of the second phase of school expansions. Three consultants have been appointed to the framework following this procurement exercise. The Council will call off from this framework as necessary to support the projects as needs arise. The scope of the necessary input will vary by project, and by the stage of the project. However, it is envisaged that the consultants will have the capability to provide the services set out in the schedules of RICS Quantity Surveyor Services (2019 Edition) and RICS Employer's Agent
