Suppliers can apply to join the DPS either at the \"Initial Joining Stage\" or at any time during the period of validity of the DPS \"Ongoing Joining Stage\": Initial Joining Stage: *Suppliers, who wish to join at the Initial Joining Stage, must submit their Selection Questionnaire on the Portal on or before \"the Deadline for Applications for the Initial Joining Stage\" as stated in Section 2.3 of the RFI. *UKRI will evaluate each Selection Questionnaire to determine whether the Minimum Selection Criteria are met. It is anticipated that there may be a high interest at the Initial Joining Stage which may affect this timeframe and UKRI have therefore opted to apply an extended initial evaluation period as per the timescales at Section 2.3 of the RFI. *UKRI will notify both successful and unsuccessful Suppliers of the outcome. *No Mini Competitions will commence until all suppliers who applied to join the DPS at the initial joining stage have been notified of the outcome. Ongoing Joining Stage: *If a Supplier does not submit their Selection Questionnaire by the Deadline for Applications for the Initial Joining Stage, they can submit their Selection Questionnaire on the DPS Portal at any time during the period of validity of the DPS. *UKRI will evaluate each Selection Questionnaire to determine whether the Minimum Selection Criteria are met and notify the Supplier as to whether its Selection Questionnaire was successful within 15 working days of receipt of the Selection Questionnaire.
