The stream must be available through a web browser on all devices such as desktops, laptops and mobile devices etc and all operating systems including Android and IOS, and to all viewers, worldwide. All streaming and recorded videos must also include English Language subtitles - Subtitles must be accurate and cross checked if automated. In addition to the filming and streaming of the ceremonies the supplier must provide large display screens at the ceremonies which play a pre-recorded video whilst guests are being seated. The AV supplier must provide all audio-visual equipment for our graduation ceremonies to support the live streaming and filming of all ceremonies.
