Each Lot within the tender has an approximate value of PS700K per year, however the Council does not commit to a minimum or maximum spend for each Lot. A maximum of one Lot can be won by each bidder. Each bidder is encouraged to bid on all three Lots and is asked to complete all evaluation question including the Lot specific questions related to the Lot or Lots they are bidding for. Each bidder will be asked to express a preference in the event they are selected as the preferred bidder for more than on Lot. Please note that a total of 3 contracts will be awarded as a result of this procurement",
