    "description": "The University is currently undertaking a market scoping exercise, under Regulation 41 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015, to understand levels of interest in working with the University to establish a contract for services relating to the trading of UKAs and relevant market intelligence in relation to the UK Emissions Trading Scheme. Parties noting interest may be contacted by the University and may be required to provide additional information to allow validation of their ability to deliver the requirements of this notice. Such information is considered as market consultation and may be used to prepare the procurement activity. Please note, if the University chooses to engage the market further in relation to this market engagement exercise, the University will only engage with organisations that have registered an interest in the PIN by 12 noon 22nd November 2021.
