This value will fluctuate annually to take into account list size movements as well as payments that are subject to performance indicators and activity including, but not limited to, QOF and Enhanced Services. The award also includes a one-off payment for new patient registrations, which equates to PS235,000 ex VAT over the first twelve months. The opportunity was only advertised to providers of General Medical Services already operating within North and Mid Hampshire, Furthermore, a single provider for the site will not support the preferred Primary Care Network model. A list merger will bring Beggarwood into a local Primary Care Network, and making it part of a larger local practice will ensure financial affordability and stability due to the ability to support economies of scale in the local system.",
