There is considered to be sufficient information and detail within the documentation initially published to allow Tendering Organisations to commence preparation of their ITT Response. Additional documentation and information will be published during the Invitation to Tender period by way of a Tender Addendum. The estimated date of publication is 8 December 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, Linc considers that there is sufficient time within the procurement timetable for Tendering Organisations to take full account of the Tender Addendum within their ITT Response.",
